Ken Haines

President and CEO
Joined Raycom during its founding and since 1982 has been involved in all facets of the company’s operation, specializing in product acquisition and contract negotiations with colleges, athletic conferences and television networks. Prior to overseeing the daily management of Raycom, he was the athletic liaison, chief public affairs officer and spokesperson to the president at Virginia Tech. Haines has established public radio stations, the Virginia Tech radio network, and worked in television news. A US Army veteran Haines attended the University of Wyoming in addition to degrees from Dakota Wesleyan University, Troy State University and Virginia Tech.
George Johnson

Senior Vice President
Joined Raycom in 1992 as Manager of Event Planning and currently handles all scheduling and coordinating of televised basketball games with ESPN, CBS, FOX Regional Sports Networks and Raycom syndicated games. He also manages many of the event operations of the company and plays a key role in product acquisitions. An alumnus of Ohio University’s School of Sports Management graduate program, he spent a year in the University of North Carolina Ticket Office before joining Raycom.
Colin Smith

Vice President, New Media and Distribution
Joined Raycom as an analyst in the Research Department in 1995. Was named Research Director and later head of syndicated distribution. In 2006 he was named Vice President of New Media and Distribution where he oversees a department that plans, designs and develops use of new media functions utilizing the web, mobile devices and interactive television. Smith is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in History.
Wyatt Hicks

Chief Marketing Officer
Joined Raycom Sports and ACC Properties in 2003 as Director of Marketing. Was promoted to Vice President of Marketing in 2006 and to Chief Marketing Officer in 2011. In addition to overseeing ACC Properties, the sponsorship arm of the ACC, Hicks is responsible for marketing of the ACC Network brand, products & programming. Prior to joining Raycom, he was the assistant director of sports marketing at the University of Maryland. Hicks holds a B.A. from Randolph Macon College and a M.Ed. from the University of Texas at Austin.
Charles Moye

Technical Operations Manager
Joined Raycom Sports (Jefferson Pilot) in 1984 as an Executive in Charge, overseeing mobile production units. Since 2005, he has been Technical Operations Manager, overseeing all Raycom production units. Moye has extensive technical and production training. Prior to Raycom Sports, he was an engineer for 10 years for WRAL in Raleigh.
Laura Hager

Controller
Joined Raycom Sports in 1995 as Assistant Controller and was promoted to Controller in 1997. Responsible for all financial aspects of company. Prior to Raycom, spent 10 years as account manager for Alltel. Hager is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a B.S. in commerce.
Jimmy Rayburn

Vice President, Operations, Executive Producer
Joined Raycom Sports (Jefferson-Pilot Sports) in 1986 as Vice President of Production. His experience included working for the Lorimar Sports Network, where he served in the same capacity. An alumnus of Ohio University’s School of Sports Management graduate program, Rayburn holds a bachelors degree from the University of Tennessee.
Peter Rolfe

Vice President, Production
Joined Raycom in 1987 as Vice President of Production. Prior, he produced sporting events for NBC Sports for more than 12 years. His experience includes Friday Night Fights, Olympic Boxing and Trials, the 1984 and 1985 Florida Citrus Bowls, NFL football games, Major League Baseball, and as an associate producer for two World Series, three NCAA Basketball Championships, two Rose Bowls and Wimbledon. Rolfe is a magna cum laude graduate of Ithaca College.
Rob Reichley

Coordinating Producer
Joined Raycom Sports (Jefferson Pilot Sports) in 1993 as Producer, and was promoted to Coordinating Producer in 1999. His experience includes ACC and SEC football and basketball telecasts. Prior to joining Raycom, he was Executive Producer of WLWT-TV Sports in Cincinnati, producing Bengals and Reds programming. Reichley holds a B.A. in history from Dickinson College.
Frank Kay

Director of Media Relations
Joined Raycom Sports as an intern in 1997 and named Media Relations Assistant in 1998. Promoted to Director of Media Relations in 1999. In addition to handling media relations for Raycom Sports, serves as PR Director for Meineke Car Care Bowl. Kay holds a B.A. from Baldwin-Wallace College and a M.Ed. from Cleveland State University.
