Raycom Sports offers a full line of production services including a High Definition KU uplink truck, four High Definition Edit Bays, as well as a fully equipped monitoring facility to view and record satellite programs. Our mobile production trucks are well maintained and staffed by experienced personnel providing everything you’ll need for your major league production. Raycom Sports is one of the Southeast’s most complete resources for advertising and television professionals.

Raycom Sports new state-of-the-art high definition broadcast truck made its debut the first weekend of the 2011 college football season, broadcasting the Appalachian State at Virginia Tech game on Saturday Sept. 3 at noon from Blacksburg, Virginia. Commissioned in December of 2010, the truck has been on a journey already as it was built over the past 8 ½ months. Construction started in Columbus, Ohio and then moved to San Jose, California before the truck arrived at its home in Charlotte.
The 53-foot expando unit is equipped with nine Sony 1500 high definition cameras. Primarily used for Raycom ACC Network broadcasts, it will handle regional sports for which Raycom is contracted to produce, and be available for rental usage. The truck is equipped with Evertz VIPX Routing and multi-image display system throughout, and can operate on Fiber or Triax. Diversified Systems has been the integrator for the mobile unit.
The truck is already scheduled for the ACC Network football game of the week all season, and then either ACC Network or Fox Sports South ACC Men’s Basketball games the entire basketball season.
